Q: Do you include any invoices with the Gift
A: No - as 90% of our orders are gifts being sent direct to the recipient we do not include invoices in the parcel. We do include a gift tag with a personalised message (if selected) and a packing slip with a Baby Gifts reference number and contact details.
Q: How will I know if my order is being processed?
A: An order acknowledgement from World Pay should be emailed to you within 10 minutes of receipt of your payment. If you do not receive confirmation please contact customer services. You will also be sent a copy of the order details from Baby Gifts and confirmation of your purchase. Please check any personalised details if ordering a personalised gift.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A. Personalised items:
Next Day Special delivery items - Not Personalised (ordered before 12 noon) are despatched by Royal Mail and guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm - orders on a Friday before 12 noon will be despatched but are not guaranteed to arrive on Saturday unless the Saturday Guaranteed option is chosen. Orders after 12noon Friday will be despatched on Monday to arrive Tuesday before 1pm
Next Day Special Delivery - Personalised Items. are usually despatched within 7 working days and then posted by Next Day Delivery. If you require a next day delivery quicker than the 7 days on a personalised gift please contact us prior to ordering as some items are available for next day and others are not. (please see the individual post option on the product page.) If in any doubt please contact us.
Q: Are personalised items available for Next Day Delivery?
A: Yes and No, as we produce most of the personalised baby gifts we are able to offer next day delivery (if ordered before 1pm) on some, but not all of the gifts. Please check the delivery option for each personalised gift on the product page under the Delivery Details section, or contact us on 01772 752798 prior to ordering to check availability.
Q: Do you offer a Saturday Delivery?
A: Yes. Non Personalised items can be despatched on Friday if ordered before 1pm but please contact us first to check stock levels.
Q: Do you offer a Gift Wrapping Service?
A: Yes. Although most of the gifts are already supplied in a gift box with free personalised gift tag ready to send directly to the recipient
Q: Do you deliver Worldwide?
A: Yes. We deliver Worldwide using Royal Mail Airsure and International Signed For services which are trackable to the point of leaving the UK and then confirmed when delivered. These items will need a signature from the recipient. The charge for Worldwide delivery is £15.00 available on the delivery option of the checkout proceedure
Q: How will I know when my order has been despatched?
A: You will be notified via email when your order has been despatched with a link to our tracking section on the website. You will need to enter your email address and order number to access the status of your order, where a Royal Mail Tracking number can be found.
Q: Can I track my order online?
A. If you have chosen the Next Day Special Delivery option the track and trace reference number will be available on the order status section of your order despatched confirmation, you will need to access the status on the web site tracking page using your email address and order number. All other orders are despatched via Royal Mail Tracked or Recorded Delivery which have a tracking number, the status of the parcel is only available when the item has been delivered. This tracking number will be emailed to you when the order is despatched.
