I stumbled onto this company’s website about 6 ½ years ago while searching for a personalized keepsake to mark my own daughter’s arrival. It was at that time that I placed my first phone order from the United States with Vanessa Bracewell one very early morning. Her impeccable and gracious customer service was not to be forgotten. The baby plate I ordered was beautiful, arriving on time, in perfect condition and marked with the Royal Air Postage…which just gave the package a special touch. I subsequently, ordered a similar plate for a friend’s Christening. When this gift arrived at their doorstep, the reaction from the new parents was all one could ever ask for… the meticulously detailed and personalized plate honestly brought tears of joy. They absolutely loved the product and the touch of England via the postage markings. Word got out from within my circle of family and friends. Many asked at one time or another that I order them this beautiful personalized gift, which I did…. (Too many to even remember). And when I enter into their homes, I often see that plate hanging in a special place marking the joyous moment when their child was born. Of course, I ordered two more for my subsequent daughters and all three will now have this precious keepsake. But over the years, what kept bringing me back to this company was the quality of the product, the care in which it was shipped overseas and the genuine, superb customer service of Vanessa Bracewell and those who work with her to deliver such a wonderful product. I first found out about this company when a friend ordered a beautiful picture frame as a present for my daughter with her name and artwork inside, it was totally gorgeous and my daughter was so pleased with it, that i asked my friend where she got it from and have since purchased numerous gifts online for friends children's birthdays or new arrival's, They sell a fantastic range of keepsakes and gifts for the little ones, Very prompt service and if you choose the gift wrapping it is totally adorable, Can only say nice things about this company, Which in this day speaks volumes….
